Southern Heritage Farm is excited to announce the Saddle Club!
Does your child just want to spend time around horses? Is your son or daughter just “crazy” about ponies? Then the Southern Heritage Saddle Club is just for them!
Saddle Club will give your child the opportunity to spend time in the barn and in the saddle with other young horse enthusiasts. While we plan to have a riding lesson at every Saddle Club session, we will also have horsemanship classes, games, and crafts…..all involving our favorite animal!
Horsemanship teaches responsibility, empathy, and teamwork, and Saddle Club will strive to build not just riders, but lifelong horse lovers!
Space is limited to no more than eight Club members at each Tuesday or Thursday session, and riding lessons during Club will be broken down into smaller groups.
Club members will receive a special discount on regular riding lessons in addition to participating in Saddle Club.
Saddle Club offers:
– Lots of interaction with ponies and horses both in and out of the saddle, RAIN OR SHINE
– A “clubhouse” where we will work on homework and crafts and hang out with our Saddle Club friends
– A safe outdoor environment on a real working horse farm of over 300 acres
– Mature, responsible leaders and helpers who love kids AND ponies
